jotm을 다운로드했을 때 ant로 빌드해주어야 jar파일들을 생성할 수 있습니다.

ant 설치는 정말 별거 없고 다운받아서 압축풀고 bin디렉토리를 시스템 변수에 path에 잡아주기만하면됩니다. 그리고 build.xml이 포함된 폴더에서 ant명령어 치면 되죠. 배포시에는 ant deploy.
